1994-2001 Dodge RAM 1500 2500 3500 Dual Halo Projector Headlights (Jet Black Housing/Clear Lens)

I purchased a pair of these for my 1998 Dodge 3500 5.9 12V. Cummins hauling truck. They look good on the truck! The installing instructions are limited. I found it easier to tie the led wires into the parking light circuit. It's odd that the LEDs are not interconnected but have separate leads. They do use the stock connector, so the min lights are plug and play. The turn signal light is the stock light and quickly goes into place. One of the main connectors in my set had a dead pin. (POOR QUALITY CONTROL). I already had the lights out of the truck. Rather than send it back, I jumpered around it, and everything turned on and worked.

Now for the bad news. The light output of these lights is significantly worse than the stock lights. The projector lights focus point is closer to that of a fog light and way to close to the truck. They are wider than stock, which is nice. But you will be overdriving them at any speed greater than 30mph. The high beam puts out less light than the stock low beams and you will be overdriving them at anything over 50mph. Oncoming traffic doesn't flash you with the brights on either. I don't know if they just ship with low output bulbs or not, so before buying new H1 bulbs, I called the company.
