2015-2017 Ford Focus 12V/35W H8 Fog Lights (Chrome Housing/Clear Lens)

I received a broken/defective item. I have sent emails to the store but no one has answered. Need a response and money back.

I received a broken/defective item. I have sent emails to the store but no one has answered. Need a response and money back.

After having received my fog lights. One was received broken. I contact K2 immediately. But they were closed Sunday. Come Monday I get a response. Come to find out they want me to send them the entire thing back. Not just the fog light that?�?s busted. But the whole things, so instead of being able to do part of the job and wait for the broken one to come back. They are set to completely inconvenience the customer. In short after finding this out and then waiting over 24 hours to get my return label from them(making yet another delay, talk about no sense of urgency here). I get an awesome response of ?�?it?�?s policy?�? this is always and always will be the worst response from a customer service perspective. As it provides no why and no reasoning behind it. Other than what you are telling me; is you don?�?t care, you as the employee don?�?t know why and lastly could care less to find out and give me a legitimate response. So I ask how they are going to compensate me for my time. Because apparently I have to wait for it to be shipped back then inspected by some RMA team then they would ship me another one. So not only do I have to wait for it to be shipped to me. They make me ship it back then and only if approved they ship it back to me. Not over nighted nothing to compensate me for my time. I was not the one who packaged the box that caused the product to break. That?�?s on you guys. Honestly too the box didn?�?t look bad which really made me suspect you guys failed to properly inspect your product and sent me a broken one to begin with. Which means your quality control department failed too. So double down you mistakes from you guys from the jump. Then you make it out to seem like it?�?s my fault. Then doubly punish me because ?�?it?�?s policy?�?. Your process for returns is terrible and your customer service rep was not any better honestly. As much as I would like to comment on the product this ended with me giving up. Sourced everything cheaper and locally and have them my money and am waiting a refund from this company because of their complete failure on many fronts. I hope someone reads this and takes this into account and improves things. Or I wouldn?�?t be shocked if this company eventually doesn?�?t exist anymore.
